Your opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager – People & Culture, the P&C Systems & Operations Specialist is a key member of our team, ensuring our P&C systems (ELMO & Riskware) are reliable, effective, and aligned to organisational needs.  (This is a Fixed Term Part Time role until September 2026).

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and support existing HR platforms to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors and IT teams to resolve problems quickly.
  • Partner with the P&C team to configure system improvements and deliver practical solutions.
  • Play a critical role in continuing the implementation of our new HRIS—configuring, testing, and embedding new capabilities across the organisation.
  • Support change initiatives and ensure employees and managers have a seamless system experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working collaboratively, and is energised by change.

About You
You’re a natural relationship builder with strong technical and problem-solving skills. You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience with HR systems (ELMO preferably) and project delivery.
  • Ability to adapt and build rapport across all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive, consultative approach and excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for innovation and finding creative solutions.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and a developing commercial awareness.
  • Relevant qualifications in HR, IT, or related fields.
